All payments made for Xeppa Bot services, including the $150 subscription fee, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:
Xeppa Bot does not provide any exceptions to this policy under normal circumstances. However, if there is a material breach of the Terms of Use by Xeppa Bot that leads to the termination of the service before the end of your subscription period, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription, subject to our review.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a breach of our Terms of Use, you must contact our support team at social@xeppa.bot with a detailed explanation of your request. Xeppa Bot will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Any eligible refunds will be processed in the same currency used for the original payment. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
